About Us:

A Partnership Proven Over Time

Since 2012, the United Claims Commission (UCC) and UCC Health and Care Union have joined forces to protect the rights and interests of Canadian citizens who have faced financial losses due to the activities of questionable investment services. This cooperation has become an example of an effective alliance between legal and social structures, capable not only of achieving the recovery of funds but also of providing full support to those affected throughout the process of restoring their financial stability.

We work for a wide range of citizens: employees of public and private companies, professionals in healthcare, industry, education, transportation, energy, IT, construction, as well as self-employed individuals and small business owners. Regardless of profession or place of residence, we are ready to take on a case if investment funds have been lost on crypto platforms, forex services, brokerage companies, or other investment-related services.

History of Our Work

For more than a decade, starting in 2012, UCC and UCC Health and Care Union have evolved from local initiatives into a national assistance program. The first cases involved a narrow circle of union members, but each year the scope of assistance expanded.

Since 2015, we have been actively working on cases involving the loss of investment funds on cryptocurrency platforms, forex services, and brokerage companies. By 2018, the program had incorporated official interaction with Canadian regulators, significantly improving the effectiveness of recoveries.

Today, thanks to the experience we have accumulated and the system we have built, we process hundreds of applications every year, with our assistance reaching all regions of the country. Many of the mechanisms we introduced have since become a model for other organizations.

How We Work Together

UCC and the union have developed a unique model of cooperation. The UCC legal team handles case analysis, interaction with government authorities, and the preparation of all necessary documentation, while the UCC Health and Care Union provides informational, organizational, and social support to applicants.

We conduct joint consultations, operate hotlines and online reception services, and inform citizens about the opportunities available to them. Within the union, support groups are formed where participants share experiences and receive both psychological and informational assistance.

Funding and Sponsorship

UCC Health and Care Union provides direct funding for key areas of the program, enabling the engagement of qualified lawyers, covering the costs of conducting expert evaluations, gathering evidence, and filing documents with regulatory bodies.

We also organize training seminars and nationwide informational campaigns to prevent new cases of financial loss. The union’s financial support makes the recovery process as accessible as possible for a wide range of citizens, including those unable to afford legal services on their own.

UCC Health and Care Union directly sponsors:

  • The creation and maintenance of consultation centers in various provinces.
  • The operation of a hotline for those affected.
  • Educational programs on protection against financial risks.
  • Free preparation and submission of applications under the recovery program.

Thanks to this, all services are provided without charging any fees at the application stage, allowing citizens to receive assistance quickly and without financial barriers.

Social Assistance Program

As part of the joint program, UCC and UCC Health and Care Union accept applications from citizens who have lost investment funds through cryptocurrency, forex, brokerage, or other investment services. Each case is reviewed individually, undergoes legal assessment, and, if justified, an official recovery process is initiated through authorized bodies.

The average time to review an application is up to 21 days from the moment a complete set of documents is submitted.
